I create and tell stories.

I am an actress, writer, director, producer, and dancer, and do not believe in limiting my performance to a single form or medium. Instead, I embrace the challenge of producing the work in whichever medium will best convey its meaning be it poetry, film, VR, music, dance or live theatre. I am passionate about creating interactive experiences that encourage participation and inspire change.

I received my BFA in Acting from Carnegie Mellon University’s School of Drama, and am represented by Wolf Talent Group. I have performed in theaters across the U.S., written, directed and produced original immersive productions and worked as a production designer and assistant director for music videos and film.

My recent film credits include Law & Order SVU, Accommodations (Showtime) and Dr. Death (Peacock Limited Series).

I create immersive experiences.

I am the creator and writer of Inheritance, an immersive play and VR experience exploring Russian-Jewish immigrant identity and culture, for which I received the 2019 COJECO Blueprint Fellowship. Read a Q + A with No Proscenium about the experience.

artistic beginnings

I began acting, dancing and singing from the moment I could walk and talk. I began performing at age 3 as a professional latin ballroom dancer, and trained under renowned coach Maksim Chmerkovskiy for 10 years. I discovered and fell in love with musical theatre in high school, and was nominated for 3 consecutive Paper Mill Playhouse Rising Star Awards for Best Supporting Actress in 2007, 2008 and 2009. In 2008, I received the Helen Hayes Award for Best Supporting Actress for the role of "Flaemmchen" in Grand Hotel.

My mission to tell meaningful stories led to my acceptance into Carnegie Mellon University's School of Drama, where I graduated with a BFA in Acting in 2013. At CMU, I discovered my love for immersive and multidisciplinary storytelling, and I co-founded In The Basement Theatre Co. Upon graduation in 2013, ITB received the Arts@Renaissance Residency in Brooklyn, NY, for an immersive production of The Lady in Red Converses with Diablo. The production transformed a 12 room basement into an interactive experience for 15 audience members at a time, and was selected to represent the United States at the 2015 Prague Design Quadrennial.  multidisciplinary artist

In 2018, I co-founded Rebis with fellow CMU alum Jesse Carrey. Rebis is a collective of multidisciplinary artists bringing XR stories to life. In 2019, Rebis' audio-immersive dance experience Those Before Us premiered on Governors Island and Rebis was selected as a Top 10 finalist in a 2019 Bose Pitch Challenge for their cutting edge work in audio immersion.
